footballlll!

Capucine's dad took us to a football (the name makes more sense than soccer, don't you think?) game today! Nantes' team apparently isn't very good and rarely wins...but they didn't lose yesterday against their opponent from the North...VANNES (DUNDUNDUN!), haha...

It was a match de nul...0-0.

But still a lot of fun! It was really cool. They played on real grass, which was surprising for me because in the US we have pretty much made the transition to the plastic fake stuff. I spent the whole game laughing because everytime a guy fell down he would make a scene and act like he would never be able to walk again. They stopped the game literally about once every five minutes and took a break for a few tears before beginninng again. I can't remember if that's normal...hmm?

We had the cutest little kids sitting next to us, about 5 or 6 of them, who spent the game cheering their little hearts out. "Nantais! Nantais! Nantais!" :) trop mignon!
